For Our Overseas Visitors
Our service is primarily aimed towards providing
funeral flowers for funerals within the United Kingdom (England, Northern
Ireland, Scotland and Wales). We can provide funeral tributes to other
countries in the world, but offer a reduced range of tributes to countries
outside the United Kingdom. If you wish for flowers to be delivered outside the
United Kingdom please contact us on +44 118 914 9415.
If you are resident/staying overseas and wish to use our service to send
flowers to the funeral of a loved one in the United Kingdom then we are well
positioned to assist you. We only ask that in providing contact details you are
mindful of the time difference between the UK and you country of residence, and
provide us with a contact number that we can use during UK office hours (9.00am
to 5.00pm). If it is not possible to contact you by phone during our office
hours then please advise us on the order form and we will contact you by e-mail
to arrange payment.
Please also note that the time difference may also impact the delivery of the
flowers. We would normally require that orders for funeral flowers be placed
and paid for by, at the latest, midday of the day prior to the funeral. This is
to ensure that our florists have sufficient time to make up the tribute and
deliver to the funeral director. This is not always a hard and fast rule, and
we will always endeavour to place an order, although you may need to be willing
to compromise on the flowers available if placed very late in the day prior to
a funeral. Orders can not normally be fulfilled if placed on the same day as
the funeral.
We have successfully placed orders for funeral flowers for funerals in the
United Kingdom from customers in Australia, Canada, Germany , Spain, Singapore
and Switzerland (amongst others).
