A delivery/administration charge of £6.50 will be added to each
order, regardless of the number of tributes. In respect of this charge we will
undertake the following:
- Give
advice to you to assist you in selecting a suitable tribute .
- Contact
the Funeral Director to confirm details of the funeral arrangements, including
the delivery time.
- Call you
and confirm details of your requirements and advise the total order value.
- Take full
payment via a credit/debit card.
- Provide a
suitable sympathy card and write your sympathy message on it.
- Arrange
for the delivery of the tribute to the Funeral Director in a timely
fashion.
Our pledge to you:-
The value of the tribute you order from us is the exact
value of flowers that is processed to our relay company.
i.e.. If you purchase a £50.00 tribute we will
not, unlike some of our competitors, order one of a lesser amount.
